Our product is called IFE: Electronic Billing Interface and manages the entire active and passive cycle, both for Italy and for abroad. It consists of a multifunctional Dashboard that allows you to search and monitor the arrival of invoices from the SDI portal, providing a complete view of the status of the invoices. IFE is equipped with an automatic pre-check system that provides immediate evidence of what is automatically registrable and reports any missing data to correctly complete the invoice entry. The invoice registration, both logistically and in terms of accounting, is pre-filled automatically thanks to the reading of the data contained in the XML file sent by the supplier. The system is able to automatically interpret and calculate customs stamps and transport costs, further facilitating registration. As for the active cycle, no manual intervention is required. The platform allows you to view all the active invoices generated in SAP, distinguishing between those already sent to the SDI and those still to be sent. The integration returns the SDI protocol number and the outcome of the reception. The customer can choose the sending method, which can be automatic – once or more times a day – or manual, in case of special needs. In the passive cycle, the invoices received are automatically recovered. However, the user always has the possibility to manually check, at any time of the day, if there are incoming invoices, thus guaranteeing a constant and immediate control.
